All Pink Shark products are made to order just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at pinkshark408@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the issue. We will provide a free replacement or full refund.

Please double-check sizing charts and order details carefully before purchasing, as we're unable to modify orders once production has begun.
